First of all I am sorry for not saying good bye. It was a couple of stressful days before I left, and I just didn’t have the time. I don’t know how much time I will have forward, but at least I have a lot of material. I will try to publish something about the following:
- The trip to Naxos, Greece (with images)
- Greek food
- Good, classic drinks you can get anywhere
- A book review or two
- Several tech posts (finally!)
- My long-term programing project
- Web TV shows I watch
- More
So I have more than enough ideas now, I just have to write them. I hope to have at least one new post every day for the next week.









Greek foods are like asian foods, they are both tangy and very spicy.~*-
I haven’t eaten too much asian foods, so I can’t really compare them too much, but I bet you are right. I’ve written up one greek recipe (http://www.thomassnielsen.com/2010/05/greece-inspired-lamb-dish/), and I will do at least one more in the not too far future. I just made a great gyros, and will redo it with images and a recipe.
